Steps of a connection:
1. WhenyourRavenispoweredon,itautomaticallysearches
forcellularserviceusing1x.
2. YourRavenestablishesaPPP(PointtoPointProtocolor
“dial”upconnection)linktotheTELUSnetwork,also
calledregisteringonthenetwork,andreceivesanIP
address.
3. WhenyourRavenhasreceiveditsIPaddressfromTELUS,
aconnectiontotheInternetorthecellularnetworkisalso
availableforacomputerorotherdeviceconnecteddirectly
totheRaven.
